![]() ![]() This command takes several minutes to execute, even though it returns the exact same list of files:ī2 ls -recursive -withWildcard mybucket "*//*" *.jpg, on the other hand, causes the tool to retrieve a full bucket listing and filter on the client side, although the CLI will page the results and show them as they are received. E.g., on my Mac, this command retrieves the log files for a given day almost instantly, despite the bucket containing over 3 million files:ī2 ls -recursive -withWildcard mybucket "logs//*" The B2 CLI allows you to specify a wildcard when you list files with the ls command and the -recursive -withWildcard options, but note that only a wildcard suffix, e.g. It sounds like the B2 CLI might provide the functionality you need. It took a couple of versions for them to finally resolve it, but I just downloaded Cyberduck 8.6.3, and I can open a bucket with 3 million+ files, but only a small number of folders in root, pretty much instantly.ĭrilling down into a folder containing thousands of files or folders still takes a long time to show the listing - I'm guessing it times out if the listing is long enough. There was an issue, introduced in version 8.5.8, that caused this behavior, regardless of how files were organized, but it has since been fixed. What Cyberduck version are you using? Are all your files in 'root', or have you organized them into folders? ![]()
